I am a 21 year old registered Libertarian. I have Democrat and Republican friends that I know will join me in fighting a very real threat we all face.
    I believe my generation will be held responsible for the next major stage in American history. We're on the verge of losing our sovereignty and freedom. Look at the oncoming National I.D. card, the open borders, the ever growing national debt, and so much more. This nation is at the crossroads. Although we're facing the same issues that several generations have faced before us (unjustified war, taxes) there is a strong difference that makes our generation important. If we're going to take this country back and gain back true independence, then our strongest weapon will be high-speed mass communication via the Internet. Organization by the thousands has never been so easy (remember the illegal immigrant marches, or the STOP THE WAR demonstrations). If we ignore our obligation, then may God help our children and grandchildren because no one else will be able to.
    We owe it to ourselves to take the country back from the bankers in the Federal Reserve System and corrupt politicians. The task before us seems unthinkable, but imagine the world our children and grandchildren will face. Do you think they will have it better than us? You would be an ignorant fool to hold the view that every generation is more prosperous than its predecessor in contemporary America. I know I won't be able to say, "You've got it so much better than when I was your age, son" unless I work hard to make this country a better place myself. We all have a duty to continue the fight for our rights, because everyday we stand idly by we risk losing them entirely. Our country and the world are changing at a faster pace than ever before, and it is up to us what direction those changes take us and the future generation. The time is now with World War III hysteria on the horizon. I will work to organize protests big or small to demand smaller government, but I need your help. At this time, all I can offer is passion and information.
